European Commission approves €400 million in Austrian state aid for renewable hydrogen

Brussels, 10/03/2025 (Agence Europe) – On Monday 10 March, the European Commission approved €400 million in Austrian State aid to support the production of renewable hydrogen. This programme is being held as part of the European Hydrogen Bank’s “Auctions-as-a-Service” programme, to finance the production of up to 112,000 tonnes of renewable hydrogen.
