Council of Europe launches its fourth Action Plan for Moldova in Chisinau

“The Council of Europe stands with the Republic of Moldova as it continues to pursue its European aspirations”, said Alain Berset, the organisation’s Secretary General, on Wednesday 12 February, at the start of a two-day visit to Chisinau.

The trip marked the official launch of the ‘Action Plan for Moldova’ (2025-2028).
