Green NGOs receiving LIFE grants should not lobby European institutions, says Piotr Serafin

Questioned as part of the process of adopting the European Commission’s 2023 discharge by the European Parliament’s Committee on Budgetary Control (CONT) on Monday 9 December, the European Commissioner for Budget, Piotr Serafin, was asked several times about the LIFE programme, which is dedicated to supporting projects in the fields of the environment and climate.
