EU re-examines its countervailing duty on Indonesian biodiesel

06/12/2024 (Agence Europe) – On Friday 6 December, the Commission published a notice of review concerning its countervailing duty on Indonesian biodiesel, which will soon expire. In September, the sector’s continental representative, the ‘European Biodiesel Board’ (EBB), submitted a request for a review, which the Commission deemed admissible.
