EU preparing to impose retaliatory measures on New Delhi in dispute over information and communication technologies

On Thursday 28 November, the European Commission began consultations with India at the World Trade Organization (WTO) with a view to resolving the dispute over Indian tariffs on certain European information and communication technologies (ICTs).
