‘Single European Sky’ regulation comes into force

02/12/24 (Agence Europe) – The new regulation on the Single European Sky (SES2+) came into force on Sunday 1 December, and should contribute to a more efficient and sustainable European airspace (see EUROPE B13509A13). It aims to encourage air navigation service providers to achieve efficiency gains and adopt modern technologies in order to reduce congestion in European airspace and provide better quality services.
