European Left calls on European Commission to impose an arms embargo on Israel

15/10/2024 (Agence Europe) – In a letter addressed to the President of the European Commission on Tuesday 15 October, Walter Baier, the President of the Party of the European Left, called for an arms embargo on Israel. “On behalf of the Party of the European Left, we demand the immediate imposition of a total arms embargo on Israel and the cessation of arms transfers”, he stressed.
