26/09/2024 (Agence Europe) – On Thursday 26 September, the European Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators (ACER) launched a public consultation, open until 25 October, to gather the views of stakeholders on a new stage in the process of revising the network Code for capacity allocation mechanisms for gas transmission (CAM NC), in accordance with the ‘gas’ legislative package (see EUROPE 13455/26). ACER is currently preparing its proposed amendments to improve the CAM NC and wishes to ensure that these proposals effectively meet the needs of the market and bring about the expected improvements.
