European disability and parking cards, Council supports extension of directive to third-country nationals residing in EU

The Council of the EU’s negotiating mandate on the extension of the Directive on a European disability card and a European parking card for people with disabilities to third-country nationals legally resident in a Member State was adopted on Wednesday 21 February by the Member States’ ambassadors to the EU (Coreper).
