Frozen EU funds for Poland not linked to conditionality mechanism of EU budget

21/02/24 (Agence Europe) – Contrary to what we mistakenly wrote (see EUROPE B13354A2), Poland is not subject to the European budget conditionality mechanism, which has only been triggered against Hungary to date.
