At the Foreign Affairs Council on Monday 19 February, the Council of the European Union adopted conclusions on the Court of Auditors’ special report ‘Offshore renewable energy in the EU: ambitious plans for growth but sustainability remains a challenge’ (see EUROPE B13252A11).
