EU Council ratifies revision of MiFIR-MiFID package

21/02/2024 (Agence Europe) – On Tuesday 20 February, the Council of the European Union adopted the revision of the ‘MIFIR’ regulation governing the powers of financial market supervisory authorities and the ‘MiFID II’ directive laying down rules on the use of financial instruments by investors (see EUROPE B13212A14).
