European Commission extends scope of SME Fund

22/01/2024 (Agence Europe) – On Monday 22 January, the European Commission launched a revised fund for SMEs, which will be able to reimburse more operations linked to the protection of intellectual property. This will include, for example, the costs of preparing and filing European patent applications invoiced by legal professionals.
