Fifteen EU countries detail their strategy for strengthening Single Market

The European Union seems to be suffering from “Single Market fatigue”, according to fifteen EU Member States, including the Netherlands, Sweden, the Czech Republic, Poland and the Baltic States. These countries are proposing a “new horizontal Single Market Strategy”, in a non-paper dated 15 January.
