On Tuesday 12 December, the European Affairs ministers of the EU27 adopted conclusions on the management of demographic change in Europe, following on from the Commission’s 11 October communication on the subject (see EUROPE B13269A4), which advocated increasing female employment, extending careers and encouraging legal migration.
