For European Parliament, no question of reducing budget for NDICI-Global Europe financial instrument

By 449 votes to 81, with 91 abstentions, the European Parliament recommended, on Tuesday 12 December, adapting the Neighbourhood, Development and International Cooperation Instrument (NDICI-Global Europe) to geopolitical realities in order to make it more effective in the future.
