Council of Europe sets out 12 recommendations to combat hate crimes against LGBTI people

A new report from the Council of Europe’s Steering Committee on Anti-discrimination, Diversity and Inclusion (CDADI) was examined by the Committee of Ministers on Wednesday 4 October.

Focused on combating hate crimes based on sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression and sexual characteristics (SOGIESC), it includes 12 recommendations.
