Netherlands and Portugal have not transposed EU rules governing posting of lorry drivers

19/04/2023 (Agence Europe) – On Wednesday 19 April, the European Commission decided to refer the Netherlands and Portugal to the Court of Justice of the European Union for failing to transpose into their national legislation the rules on the posting of lorry drivers agreed in 2020 (see EUROPE B12389A7).
