MEPs approve Spain’s request for €1.2 million in aid for redundant workers

19/04/2023 (Agence Europe) – On Monday 17 April, the Committee on Budgets approved by 36 votes in favour, 1 against and no abstentions the draft report by rapporteur Eider Gardiazabal Rubial (S&D, Spanish) recommending that the European Parliament approve Spain’s request for aid from the European Globalisation Adjustment Fund (EGF) for Displaced Workers.
