ETS review, text of interinstitutional agreement finalised

EU co-legislators have agreed on the final technical details of the interinstitutional agreement on the revision of the European Union Emissions Trading System (ETS), with a view to its approval in February.

Obtained by EUROPE, this document provides the elements of the political agreement reached between the European Parliament and the EU Council on the night of Saturday 17 to Sunday 18 December (see EUROPE B13087A4).
