Franck Riester recalls European ambition to establish a continental partnership with Africa

“Our ultimate goal is to conclude a continent-to-continent trade agreement. We support the development of the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCTA)", said the French Minister Delegate for Trade, Franck Riester, on Monday 10 January. He said this during a conference on EU-Africa trade relations which was organised within the framework of the French Presidency of the EU Council (FPEU).
