EU support for Rule of law has little impact on fundamental reforms, says European Court of Auditors

The European Court of Auditors found, in a special report published on Monday 10 January, that EU measures have had little impact on advancing fundamental Rule of law reforms in the Western Balkans (Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Montenegro and Serbia).
