French Presidency of EU Council asks Member States about Energy Efficiency First principle

On Friday 7 January, the French Presidency of the Council of the European Union sent Member States a series of questions on the Energy Efficiency First principle, in the context of the revision of the EU Energy Efficiency Directive (2018/2002 - ‘EED’).
