30/11/2021 (Agence Europe) – On Tuesday 30 November, the European Parliament’s Committee on the Environment, Public Health and Food Safety (ENVI) called on all MEPs to support the text negotiated by co-legislators last June to implement joint clinical evaluations at European level (see EUROPE 12746/12). Specifically, 59 members of the committee supported the decision, 13 opposed it and three abstained. The plenary will therefore be called upon to confirm the EU Council’s position at first reading on this dossier in mid-December (see EUROPE 12830/32).
