European Labour Authority organises first joint labour inspection between two Member States

21/09/2021 (Agence Europe) – The European Labour Authority (ELA) organised a joint inspection between France and Bulgaria from 14 to 17 September to monitor the rights of mobile workers in the agricultural sector, it announced in a statement on Monday 20 September. In particular, the ELA provided interpretation services and sent staff (including liaison officers) to monitor the control and to support Member States with their expertise on cross-border aspects.
