Luxembourg. * Court of Justice of the EU. #Judgments: – C-830/19 (Walloon Region - Aid for young farmers - in the context of European rural development policy, does Union law preclude national legislation under which the criterion for determining the ceiling which allows a young farmer who sets up as a non-exclusive head of a holding to have access to aid for starting up a business is the standard gross production of the entire agricultural holding and not just the share of that young farmer in that holding?) – C-178/20 (Pharma Expressz - is it justified, having regard to the principles laid down in the Community code relating to medicines for human use, that the use in one Member State of a medicinal product which another Member State has classified as a non-prescription medicinal product can only take place in the context of treatment by a doctor?) #Conclusions: – C-132/20 (Getin Noble Bank - is a court in which a person appointed to the post of judge by a political body of the executive of a State with a totalitarian and undemocratic system of power is sitting likely to affect the guarantees of access to an independent and impartial body within the meaning of Union law?)
