Covid-19, EU coordinates medical staff in Slovakia

11/03/2021 (Agence Europe) – In response to Slovakia’s request to the EU Civil Protection Mechanism for assistance with medical personnel to treat Covid-19 patients, several Member States have responded, the European Commission said on Thursday 11 March. Denmark offered to send three doctors and five nurses, and Belgium has offered one doctor, two nurses and a team leader.
