EU Member States agree on tariff quotas 2021-2023 for fishery products 

The Committee of Permanent Representatives of the Member States to the EU (Coreper) approved, on Wednesday 4 November, the regulation opening and providing for the administration of autonomous Union tariff quotas for certain fishery products for the period 2021-2023.

The Europêche organisation complained that the EU grants such large volumes of fisheries products to third countries that can be brought into the EU at a reduced or zero tariff.
