The European Parliament’s Committee on Constitutional Affairs (AFCO) discussed on Tuesday 7 July the draft opinion of Włodzimierz Cimoszewicz (S&D, Poland) on the implementation of a European mechanism on democracy, the rule of law and fundamental rights.
