Borrell wants to change dynamic of relationship

The High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Josep Borrell, visited Turkey on Monday 6 July to discuss relations between the EU, its Member States and Ankara with Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu and Defence Minister Hulusi Akar. Mr Borrell is seeking to change the dynamics of these relationships (see EUROPE B12516A27).
