Commission opens public consultation on network security directive

On Tuesday, 7 July, the European Commission launched a public consultation on the revision of the Directive on Security of Network and Information Systems (the NIS Directive). This step completes the feedback mechanism on a preliminary impact evaluation, which was started a few weeks ago (see EUROPE B12516A12).
