Videoconference meeting of Energy Ministers. - Discussion on energy-related aspects of the economic recovery after the Covid-19 pandemic and the European Green Deal (ways to stimulate innovative technological solutions through the instruments of the recovery plan). - Role of the energy sector for a sustainable economic recovery in the EU. - Other business: update on the state of work on national energy and climate plans; report from the Lithuanian delegation, nuclear safety in the neighbourhood region; German Presidency work programme in the field of energy.

Videoconference meeting of Foreign and Defence Ministers. - EU Security and Defence Programme: discussion on the EU’s operational commitment (creation of forces and the resumption of Common Security and Defence Policy missions and operations); state of play of the various defence initiatives (including PESCO) and financial and human resources. The videoconference will be preceded by a meeting of the Steering Board of the European Defence Agency.

Videoconference meeting of the Ministers for European Affairs. - Preparation of the European Council: discussions on the Recovery Fund to tackle the crisis caused by the Covid-19 pandemic and the Multiannual Financial Framework 2021-2027. - Relations with the United Kingdom: the EU negotiator, Michel Barnier, will inform the Ministers of the state of negotiations. - Presentation of the programme of the future three Presidencies (Germany, Portugal and Slovenia) for the next 18 months.

Videoconference Summit of Heads of State or Government. - Discussions on Recovery Fund to address the crisis resulting from the Covid-19 pandemic and on the Multiannual Financial Framework 2021-2027, also with the intention of preparing for a future summit at a later date.
