The European Commission decided on Thursday 25 July to send letters of formal notice to Denmark, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Malta, Poland and Slovakia for failing to fully transpose EU rules reinforcing the sustainability of biofuels (Directive (EU) 2015/1513).
