Czech Republic urged to correctly apply law on official controls

26/07/2019 (Agence Europe) – The European Commission has decided on Thursday 25 July to send a reasoned opinion to the Czech Republic for non-compliance with EU rules on official controls applied to feed and food. The Regulation also contains provisions on animal health and animal welfare (Regulation (EC) No 882/2004).
