Energy Union is not yet a reality in daily lives of citizens, according to EESC

In its opinion evaluating the Commission's latest report on Energy Union, adopted on 18 July, the European Economic and Social Committee (EESC) considers that Energy Union may be a reality in terms of decisions taken by the EU, "but it is not yet a reality in the daily lives of European citizens".
