EU fisheries ministers have expressed their willingness to reach, in June, a partial general approach on the post-2020 European Maritime and Fisheries Fund (EMFF), Tuesday 14 May in Brussels.
However, the talks are expected to be rather difficult, due to differences in the EU Council on the modalities of aid for the renewal or modernisation of the fishing fleet.
