02/05/2019 (Agence Europe) – On Thursday 2 May, the European Parliament's press service launched its daily monitoring of the European campaign that will run until the European elections at the end of May. This monitoring, carried out mainly in partnership with the European Parliament's national offices and the various Parliament political groups, sets out the main upcoming events with the Spitzenkandidaten, surveys at a national and European level, as well as various items of information related to the conduct of campaigns nationally. The main objective is to alert journalists and provide information, as well as raising awareness among citizens who want to follow the campaign more closely.
