Airbus/Boeing case, imminent publication of European list of tariff retaliation measures

15/04/2019 (Agence Europe) – In accordance with WTO rules, the European Commission will publish for consultation on "Wednesday" April 17, its list of US products that could be covered by tariff measures in retaliation against illegal US subsidies to domestic aircraft manufacturer Boeing, announced Trade Commissioner Cecilia Malmström, on Monday 15 April.
