Ms Mogherini and Mr Salih agreed to deepen bilateral relations

01/04/2019 (Agence Europe) – The High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Federica Mogherini, and Iraqi President Barham Salih agreed on Sunday, 31 March to deepen the relationship between the EU and Iraq.
