Denmark does not comply with several control provisions

25/01/2019 (Agence Europe) – The European Commission has decided on Thursday 24 January to send an 'additional letter of formal notice' to Denmark for failure to enforce several important provisions of Regulation 1224/2009 on the control of fishing activities. The regulation has been in force since January 1, 2010.
