EU welcomes opening of peace negotiations within framework of African Initiative

25/01/2019 (Agence Europe) – On Thursday evening, 24 January, the EU welcomed the opening, on the same day in Khartoum, of negotiations between the Central African Government and armed groups as “a positive step towards the conclusion of a peace agreement”.
