Commission asks four Member States to notify it of full transposition of Pension Portability Directive

25/01/2019 (Agence Europe) – The European Commission sent reasoned opinions on Thursday 24 January to Cyprus, France, Ireland and Romania: these four Member States have not given notice of the full transposition of Directive 2014/50/EU on pension portability and, in particular, as regards the rules on supplementary pension rights for mobile workers.
