Member States define their negotiating position on public procurement of clean vehicles

As of Friday 25 January, Member States' ambassadors to the European Union ('Coreper') have defined their negotiating position on the proposal for a revision of Directive 2009/33/EC to stimulate public procurement of clean vehicles. 

This agreement echoes the European Commission's proposal of November 2017 as part of the second ‘mobility’ package (see EUROPE 11900, 11898).
