Latvia is called upon to correctly transpose law on nuclear waste

25/01/2019 (Agence Europe) – The European Commission decided on Thursday 24 January to send a letter of formal notice to Latvia for failing to transpose correctly EU legislation on safe management of spent fuel and radioactive waste (Directive 2011/70/Euratom).
