European Court of Justice considers whether a worker who is partially unemployed is entitled to normal pay during their minimum annual leave

A worker is entitled to their normal pay during their minimum annual leave guaranteed by European Union law, despite previous periods of partial unemployment. 

These are the main points of the judgement C-385/17, delivered on Thursday 13 December by the European Court of Justice (ECJ), which is to rule on a case brought by the main opponent Torsten Hein against Albert Holzkamm GmbH & Co.
