Green light from Member States to Interinstitutional Agreement on Competition in Aviation

13/12/2018 (Agence Europe) – On Wednesday 12 December, the Member States' ambassadors to the European Union ('Coreper') approved the Interinstitutional Agreement of 20 November between representatives of the European Parliament and the Austrian Presidency of the Council of the EU on the revision of Regulation 868/2004 on combating unfair competition from third-country airlines (see EUROPE 12142). The EU Council and Parliament must now formally approve this agreement. (LT)
