No European Parliament/Council agreement on copyright reform

13/12/2018 (Agence Europe) – There will certainly be no inter-institutional agreement today on the draft copyright directive: that is how MEP Julia Reda (Greens/EFA, Germany) expressed herself on Twitter on Thursday afternoon, 13 December. This was one of the few pieces of information to be filtered during this trilogue negotiation session supposed to be conclusive (see EUROPE 12158, 12157).
