The cards are on the table: all the amendments for the European Parliament plenary vote on Wednesday 12 September for copyright reform have been submitted. At this stage it is very difficult to predict the result of the votes, particularly with regard to the difficult question of the value gap.
As we go to press, no amendment - , which should have been submitted before 5 September at 13:00 hours - had still not been published. Nonetheless, this is what we have found out:
