07/05/2018 (Agence Europe) – A mistake occurred in our most recent issue dated Friday 4 May on aviation (see EUROPE 12015). This involved the sanctions subsequent to unfair trade practices by a company in a third country that caused damages to a European company. The member states are effectively taking a position whereby the Council imposes sanctions in the shape of an implementing act, but this act would not be subject to committee procedures, contrary to what was indicated in the article. The mistake has been corrected in the online version of our publication. (LT)
