Conditional green light to acquisition of Rockwell Collins by UTC

On Friday 4 May, the European Commission gave its conditional approval to the acquisition of the aeronautical company Rockwell Collins by United Technologies Corporation (UTC).

The two companies, both established in the US, provide products and services for the aerospace and aeronautical industry and have overlapping activities.
